Overview

ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ Bachelor of Arts in Economics Program offers US accredited degree through a partnership with Bard College. The language of instruction is English. The program begins with a two-semester of introductory courses in microeconomics and macroeconomics, followed by additional training in microeconomics, macroeconomics at the intermediate level and statistics, and econometrics courses. Based on these foundations more advanced and applied courses are offered in variety of Economics fields. The program develops quantitative skills and teaches students how to use the acquired knowledge and skills in their own research. It also fosters open-mindedness, creative and logical thinking, and active learning approach.

Students who graduate from Economics Program of ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ acquire theoretical knowledge and practical skills for a wide variety of jobs, including careers in business, government sector, financial services, and consulting. Our graduates are also well prepared to continue their education and enter graduate programs in Economics, Business, and Finance worldwide.

GOALS OF THE PROGRAM

Goal 1:

Training of highly qualified graduates with modern economic thinking, possessing the theoretical knowledge and practical skills necessary to analyze economic phenomena and prepare and implement effective solutions in the field of economics

Developing students’ curiosity and ability to conduct basic economic research and present its results.

Providing the best local and international professors in the field of economics to educate and inspire creativity and critical thinking of the best local and international students.

Learning Outcome 1:
Be able to analyze economic phenomena, processes, and policies in reference to each other, using the acquired fundamental knowledge of modern economic theory
