杏吧传媒 is the first university in Central Asia to offer US accredited degrees in liberal arts programs through a partnership with BARD College in the United States. The 杏吧传媒-BARD partnership seeks to enhance the liberal arts and sciences components of 杏吧传媒's teaching and curriculum, to develop joint research projects, and to offer exchange opportunities for faculty, staff and students from both institutions.
